Before starting Reindeer Logistics (later renamed Reindeer Auto Relocation to reflect the auto relocation specialization) with his wife, Jo, Tim was in charge of Mayflower Transit’s in-house specialty transportation brokerage. His next professional move led him to put his years of experience to work by founding Reindeer in 1997, which has found a niche in the relocation business.
Tim follows in his father’s footsteps, working in the trucking industry since he was a teenager over 20 years ago. Climbing his way up from the docks to dispatcher and on to supervisor, Tim has worked for such companies as Churchill Truck Lines, Carolina Freight, J & J Transportation, Atlantic Inland, and American Freightways.
Tim is a graduate of Greenwood High School, in Greenwood, Indiana, and is educated in business administration from Indiana University/Purdue University at Indianapolis.
At Reindeer, Tim works with the entire staff, and oversees operations ensuring total customer satisfaction. He is very hands-on and is very involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.
Tim and Jo have two young boys whom they hope will join the family business someday. In his spare time, Tim likes to play golf and softball. Each year, he runs a charity golf tournament to benefit charitable causes. Tim is also an active member of the Indianapolis Traffic Club.

Ritchie’s experience in transportation began in 1989 as a regional sales representative for Mayflower Transit, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona.
In Phoenix, Ritchie was responsible for national account sales development in 11 western states. Mayflower moved Ritchie back to its then headquarters in Indianapolis where he was promoted to vice president of development. In that position, Ritchie was responsible for calling on moving companies around the country and recruiting them to represent Mayflower as an agent.
In 1997, Ritchie left Mayflower, joining a former boss at A. Arnold World Class Relocation as a member of A. Arnold’s executive committee and vice president of sales and marketing. After five successful years with A. Arnold, Ritchie had aspirations of owning his own business. He purchased a McDonald’s franchise and ran the business until Tim and Jo approached Ritchie about a partnership in Reindeer.
At Reindeer Auto Relocation, Ritchie is responsible for sales development. He relies on his past experience and his many contacts in the transportation industry to build upon Reindeer’s already strong national presence.
Ritchie is a graduate of St. Catharine College in Springfield, KY and the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY where he earned a degree in agriculture and economics. He is married and has three children. He has been active in civic activities including board of director and leadership positions with various organizations including The Dream Factory, Inc., the Council on Smaller Enterprises, the Chamber of Commerce and others.

When Jo and Tim first started Reindeer in 1997, she continued to work outside the business to provide a secure income for the family. In February of 2001, Jo made the move to join Reindeer Auto Relocation full time. Complementing Tim’s operations knowledge and skills, Jo focused her attentions on learning about all facets of the company including accounting, quality assurance, advertising, marketing, and management functions.
Jo is in charge of marketing and advertising for Reindeer and is involved in key management decision-making, new business development, and long-term strategic planning.
Before joining Reindeer, Jo was advertising manager for the Hoosier Lottery for five years. Before that, she worked for seven years as a senior account executive in the ad agency business for Montgomery, Zukerman, Davis, Inc., and Bates USA Midwest.
In her career, Jo put her Indiana University degree in marketing to work as both a recipient and a provider of service. This makes her uniquely qualified to fill so many different roles at Reindeer.
Outside the office, Jo is involved as a former board member of the Advertising Club of Indianapolis and is a yearly participant in the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure to benefit breast cancer. She also serves as a board member of the Eagle Elementary Parent Teacher Organization. She likes to play golf, when she is not a golf widow, and likes to travel.
Jo loves being a business owner and enjoys seeing the direct results of her own hard work and dedication.

Brad joined Reindeer in 2005 and brings many years of sales and household goods transportation management experience to Reindeer.
Brad’s experience in transportation began in 1990 as an employee of his family’s moving and storage business. Brad learned all aspects of the business from the warehouse to the front office. Soon, the family realized his value in managing people and escalated him to the position of general manager.
In 1994, Atlantic Relocation Systems, one of Atlas Van Lines largest agents, hired Brad as an account representative in the Indianapolis, Indiana market. In 2001, after seven years of dedicated service and success, Atlantic promoted Brad to vice president and general manager. To his credit, that Indianapolis office is now one of Atlantic’s most successful and profitable locations.
At Reindeer Auto Relocation, Brad is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He is responsible for key management decisions in addition to developing and implementing operations and quality assurance strategies for the company. Reindeer relies on Brad’s many years of transportation experience in order to meet and exceed the expectations of Reindeer’s growing customer base.
Brad is a graduate of Vincennes University in Vincennes, Indiana where he earned a degree in business administration.
Brad is married and has two children. He is very active in family and church activities, enjoys working around the house, and participates in his sons sporting events.
