First for the new faces – let's take a moment and give a hearty welcome to our newest team members:

  • Alicia Ingram – Claims
  • Michelle Murray – Claims
  • Kristen Rosenberger – Accounting
  • Jessica Chesney – QA
  • Maddie Wilmes – Order Entry
  • Scott Ton – QA
  • Jennifer Epperson – Operations
  • Jalie Herman – QA
  • Jonathan Williams –International

Welcome to Reindeer! We'll thank you now for all of your help and hard work this summer. We are soooooo glad to have you here!

We've got to give a shout-out and a pat-on-the-back to our teammates who are doing the upward shuffle – taking on new responsibilities and handling new "gigs":
  • Lauren Glawatz was recently promoted to Client Services Manager- congratulations, Lauren!
  • Michelle Leonard then went on to take Lauren's old position as Senior Quality Assurance Representative- way to work, Michelle!
  • Elizabeth Payne is returning from maternity leave and will be acting as our Senior Operations Specialist – double congrats to Liz, on her adorable baby girl, Riley, and the promotion!
  • Gauravi Patel will be reporting to our Sales Department and continuing her reign as our "Order Entry Queen" – go, Gauravi!
  • And finally, Kayla Shoaf and Kristina Neace are moving to our Cartus Team where they will be handling all the account services needs of our client. Way to go, ladies!
And because change is good – we're even mixing things up with our philanthropic projects: We'll be moving our annual charity golf outing to Pebble Brook Golf Course in Noblesville, Indiana. This is one of those changes that is truly bittersweet. We hate to say goodbye to Golf Club of Indiana – the event "home" for more years than we can count. But the reason for the change is a good one – the event has simply grown so much in popularity that we need a larger course! A good problem to have – especially when raising money for charity! We send a big "Thank you – you rock!" to Jeff Rubenstein and all of the staff out at GCI – we will miss you! But we look to this year's event with great anticipation and excitement...this is a change that should equate to a bigger donation for the Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at St. Vincent.

Whew! That's a lot of changes...but don't you worry...Winston Churchill said it best: "There is nothing wrong with change, if it is in the right direction."
