Yesterday during a meeting, a TV show came up - "Pawn Stars" I believe was the name ...we immediately began sharing our favorite "guilty pleasure" TV shows - you know, the ones you secretly watch but are a tad embarrassed to admit? Antique Roadshow, Hoarders, 18 Kids & Counting ...

Personally, my secret TV addition is Teen Mom 2 ...yeah, I'm 39 years old and I love to watch the teenage show. It doesn't glamorize pregnancy or motherhood and some of their ideas of what having a baby will be like - well, yeah, it kinda makes me laugh. I set the DVR and then watch it late at night after my kids are in bed.

Mindless TV isn't a bad thing ...after a tough day at the office, sometimes it's nice - and stress relieving - to go home, throw on some comfy clothes, curl up on the sofa and lose yourself in someone else's drama . Heading into busy season like we are - I would encourage people to find an activity that allows them to their mind off and up their own entertainment level. Gotta do what we gotta do to get thru the summer season, right? :)

So ...since the weather won't warm us up ...I think some fun story telling will ...it's confession time! If you are reading this, I want to know - what is YOUR guilty pleasure TV addiction?
