Reindeer recently launched a new employee incentive program "Road to Success – Get the Point." This program was designed to recognize employees who demonstrate "real. personal. service." in their daily jobs; as well as to motivate staffers to give that extra effort to make a difference with a customer, a client, or a driver.
Points are awarded to staffers who receive a compliment from a driver; assist in completing a particularly difficult route for an order; or who takes an inbound call from an unhappy caller that results in solving the problem and satisfying the caller. The opportunities for earning points are endless - it’s these simple, every day activities that often go unnoticed – but absolutely make the difference in providing true customer service.
