Power Wash for All!

The building is getting a face-lift this weekend ...today's power wash will be followed by new paint over the weekend.

The symbolism of this act is hard to ignore: removing dirt and debris from the building; repairing any imperfections, and then making the building whole and colorful and proud again.

After the summer we've had - our biggest in company history, which is a remarkable and celebratory thing – I think we're all due for a little power wash of our own. The season was kind of like a hard storm that blew us around and beat us up. We made it thru by focusing on our “team” mentality and helping each other out and covering what needed covered. It wasn't always pretty, but we made it thru and we're still standing. But the reality is - much like our building, I think we probably each stand here a tad muted. Dinged up a bit. And in desperate need of some sparkle.

So as summer winds to a close – let's do a power wash of our own. And let's lift this team back up. Blow away the hurts and bumps of the summer season. Get creative and figure out how to smooth out those rough patches we hit. And let's pump ourselves up and shine and, once again, stand proud.

Just like our building, I think we're gonna look great.
