Check it out! That’s the "Commitment to Excellence Silver Award" that Reindeer was recently awarded at the Cartus Global Network Annual Meeting in Chicago, Illinois. Reindeer was truly honored to have one of the largest corporate relocation companies bestow an award that recognizes outstanding customer service. As Brad Willy, our GM, stated "the award really signifies that our continued focus on "real. personal. service." is more than just words on paper – it’s what we do each and every day and we’re doing it well."
We were also delighted to be able to send our "Cartus Team" – the staff members assigned to service the Cartus account: Michelle Leonard, QA Representative; Robin Whiteside, Operations Specialist; Elizabeth Graber, Operations Specialist; and Kristin Willy, QA Representative. Not only did the team get to accept the award themselves, but they also got to finally meet the very people they work so hard for each and every day.
"We were able to meet many people in the moving industry from all over the world, " says Kristin. "We met some of our clients and it was nice to put names with the faces of those we work with. And it was nice to see executives letting loose and having some fun."
And have fun they did … according to Liz, one of her favorite moments was "watching Robin dance down the red carpet to accept an award that another person won. A man at our table won a platinum award. If you win a platinum award, you walk down a red carpet to accept the award. He didn’t want to go by himself, so he pulled Robin up with him. They danced the whole way down – it was hilarious!"
The team also got to hit the town – taking in the House of Blues in downtown Chicago. They spent the evening celebrating and – perhaps most importantly – strategizing for the coming year:
"It was awesome seeing our name on the screen after winning the Silver Customer Service Award!" says Michelle. Kristin agreed but continued "By being there, all four of us have our signs set on winning Gold or Platinum next year."
Liz upped the ante – "We had a lot of good times and hope to win platinum in Seattle next year."
