Reindeer’s network consists of open carriers ranging from three-car haulers to twelve-car haulers as well as enclosed carriers.
Domestic and International Shipment
Reindeer provides service to both domestic and international markets. We are capable of providing all relocation needs regardless of origin and destination.
Same-day Pickup
Same-day pickup is offered for those circumstances that come up last minute; like changes in a transferee’s plans or when a car just will not fit on the moving van as planned. Reindeer offers a quick response and thrives on those last-minute challenges.
Same-day Delivery
Reindeer can accommodate same-day delivery on short runs less than 300 miles.
Online Vehicle Tracking
Transferees can go to
vehicle tracking and then type in either their name, order number, or e-mail address to get the most current, estimated delivery window or day. The operations department updates feed directly to the Web site.
Washed Vehicle Carrier Incentive Program
This program was developed to encourage on-time delivery of washed vehicles. It provides each qualifying driver with a $25 Comcheck incentive, electronically transferred in the driver’s name upon checking in with Reindeer and confirmation with the transferee of an on-time delivery of a clean vehicle. Comchecks are redeemable at truck stops nationwide. This incentive program also helps speed up the billing process by encouraging drivers to confirm delivery in a timely manner.
Rental Car Provision Program
In the unfortunate event of a delivery outside the delivery window, we provide a rental car allowance up to $35-a-day. The goal is to provide a transferee with a comparable vehicle. If a rental is not needed, the equivalent in gift certificates is sent to the transferee. If the transferee does not already have a rental car and needs to get one, Reindeer Auto Relocation puts the customer in contact with a local Enterprise Rent-a-Car. We have selected Enterprise Rent-a-Car to be our provider because they will pick up the transferee to bring them to their rental car. This helps minimize the inconvenience to the transferee in the event the car is late.
