Please have 1/4 tank of gas or less in the motorcycle during transportation.
We prefer that you wash your motorcycle prior to loading. This will allow us to do a thorough evaluation of the motorcycle’s current condition. We will notate any damages or scratches to ensure a consistent condition of the motorcycle during transport. You will be given a signed copy of this report at loading.
We do not require a copy of the keys for the motorcycle during transport.
The steering must stay unlocked so that we may position the bike while loading.
Saddle bags or luggage do not need to be removed, however they need to be emptied. We will not be liable for any items left in them. Any extra parts must be shipped separately from the motorcycle.
Scheduled pickup times are Monday thru Saturday during daylight hours. Please make certain you provide contact information for yourself or your designated contact during these times.
We will call to confirm pickup prior to loading and will keep you updated throughout the relocation.
At delivery, we will again perform a thorough inspection of the motorcycle to ensure that no damage has occurred during transport. You will be given a signed copy of this final inspection.
